TRIGGER WARNING: In this episode I'm talking with a trauma survivor about their history and how they found writing to be healing.

Maureen Campion is a licensed family therapist who went through some pretty severe birthing trauma with her first child. She's since overcome her past and has helped countless others to do the same. She said her greatest inspiration has been her clients who teach her more every single day. "We get to decide what we find to be traumatic," Maureen explains. I happen to agree completely. Check out Maureen Campion's interview!
