Lori La Bey talks with Zach Parlier the Administrator at English Rose, where they have been providing Memory Care, Assisted Living, and In-Home Care in the Minneapolis metro area in Minnesota for 25+ years. Zach has been a dementia educator for the past 7 years and is eager to spread a larger message about how caring for people with dementia can be simpler when we allow for an individualized approach and experience.
