In today's episode my husband and I reflect on our health and wellness journey, where we started and how far we have come. We started in the fitness space working out to get healthy, counting our macros and we found that we didn't feel as good as we thought we could. Our diet and lifestyle has transitioned and evolved so much over the years and it was fun to share that with you all and really reflect on how far we have come.
