Psychologist Mary Pipher, already known for her 1994 award-winning book "Reviving Ophelia", which examined the effects of societal pressures on adolescent girls, has a new book called "The Middle of Everywhere: The World's Refugees Come to Our Town". The town is Lincoln, Nebraska, an official refugee re-settlement community. Pipher talks about the experience of refugees in Middle-America in a post-September 11 world.
