Welcome back to the All Things Food podcast. This week host Nickie Hursthouse speaks with Emma Stirling. Emma is an advanced accredited practicing dietitian (Adv. APD), the director of Scoop Nutrition consultancy and an academic specialising in food science, gastronomy and culinary nutrition.

Emma is recognised as one of Australia’s innovative, entrepreneurial and leading Accredited Practising Dietitians in the areas of food and culinary nutrition and effective nutrition communication. 

Emma has recently joined Australian Catholic University as a Senior Lecturer and course coordinator in the department of nutrition and public health creating programs for chefs, nutritionists, health professionals and more. 

I first met Emma in Melbourne when I was a new-grad Dietitian and I am so happy to reconnect with Emma after many many years, for this conversation today.
