Yuri Hosokawa- AT, Professor, Researcher

Yuri Hosokawa is currently an athletic trainer and associate professor at Waseda University in Japan. She completed her undergraduate degree at Waseda, then went on to complete her graduate degree at the University of Arkansas in athletic training. She then pursued her PhD at the Korey Stringer Institute. She eventually ended up teaching at Waseda University, where she was also involved in the heat illness prevention processes for the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics. She shares a passion for heat illness awareness as well as promoting the profession of athletic training.
