On July 14, 2019 President Trump tweeted the following in response to four Congresswomen of color: “go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came … you can’t leave fast enough.” On this episode fo All Things I look at the history and racism behind the words “go back to where you came from” and I call on Americans, especially Christian Americans, to reject such divisive and nationalist rhetoric. As we move towards the 2020 election, we Christians must remember our primary citizenship in heaven and display Jesus, more than a political leader, party, or persuasion to a watching world.
