Hannah Philp started her career in corporate fundraising and spent a lot of her free time involved in community charity work. On leaving her role in financial services she founded the ARC Club, a co-working space in Homerton that aims to support people to make their job work for them, balance their work with their life and make fewer compromises.

Hannah shares her journey with the ARC Club so far, including:

·       The ARC Club, how the space has been developed and used, and what is coming next.

·       Reframing the narratives we use to talk about work and productivity so they are inclusive for people who need to build work around their life.

·       Developing self-awareness of what you enjoy, are good at and find rewarding at work.

·       Incorporating awareness and inclusivity in your business model to make your services accessible to all.

You can find out more and sign up to the ARC Club newsletter at https://arc-club.com/.
