Episode 104: My Friends Eat Your Heart Out

In space, no-one can hear you scream. In Musswellbrook, they can hear you sing - they just don't care. From a small town in the Upper Hunter region of New South Wales, Eat Your Heart Out didn't set out with any lofty ambitions. They were just five friends inspired by an assortment of experiences that lead them to create music together. Soon enough, they were touring nationally and inking international deals. Today, they stand as one of the country's top pop-punk exports - and they haven't even dropped their debut album yet. Gathered around a conference table at Universal in Sydney, the five-piece gave some back-story to their brief but eventful run as a band.Eat Your Heart Out's "Mind Games" EP is out now.
The band will be on tour with Movements through late August and early September.
