Célia Lemieux of Orléans Brewing Co. talks about the bison and that Dr. Phil girl

This interview was filmed on International Women’s Day. It’s a bit shorter than our usual episodes because the Orleans Brewing Co. taproom was about to open for the beer release of their Milkshake in Pom Springs, a pomegranate milkshake IPA. We didn’t want to make the crowd outside wait.

Célia and Yann Lemieux took a few years to make Yann’s dream of owning a brewery come true. This power couple had to overcome some of red tape at first, but it has been smooth sailing since. Now, they produce some of the best beers to come out of Ottawa and Ontario!
