This episode is not much of a true serial killer fashion episode, but because of the lies and racism from one single woman - many died. So honestly, I guess you could call her a serial killer or at least a lying she devil for what she caused in Hawai'i. Native Hawaiians were not to blame but as for the times, they were the "most" likely and fit the narrative. Listen to what Celina has to say about this brutal case.
