Jordan Neely was a 30 year old man who suffered from schitzophrenia and depression. He was a well know Michael Jackson dancer and impersonator in NYC. On May 2nd Jordan was suffering from a mental health crisis who was angry in regards to being homeless and hungry and a ex marine witnessed this and subdued him with a choke hold for a total of 15 minutes and died.
