In this creator chat we talk to Chris Gooch who’s recently published his third graphic novel with Top Shelf: In Utero. A young adult monster story with some horror thrown in for good measure.

We talk about Chris' comics making process, which he often shares on social media too. His advice for young creators starting to make comics. The origins of In Utero and the influences in In Utero, from Otomo's Domu to the first couple of episodes of Digimon. We also discuss his love of genre stories, his favourite monster films and he recommends some graphic novels to read.
