Atomic Habits is one of the best books I've read on how to take supreme control over your life through the theory and practical application of how to change your behaviour and psychology. Every chapter contains profound realisations packaged in practical takeaways that one can immediately deploy to improve their habits, self-awareness and ultimately, the quality of their life. I decided to analyse and summarise each chapter of this book to affirm my learnings and pass the wisdom of this book onto others. I hope it is as impactful to you, as it has been to me.
