In today's episode, we continue our exploration of the life, times, and philosophy of Plato. Here, we examine various aspects of his teachings about Atlantis. In particular, we analyze the esoteric significance of this pre-diluvian civilization from a historical, psychological, and philosophical perspective. As usual, Manly P. Hall's writings are heavily emphasized, as are aspects of Carl Jung's psychology, including his notions of "archetypes", which he drew from Plato in formulating, and the "collective shadow", which, as we will be exploring, is heavily linked to Atlantis's fall into collapse.
