Today I am drinking a bottle of triple hop, and I will be telling you about the case of Kitty Genovese AKA the bystander effect.
Kitty was stabbed, raped, and left to die outside of her apartment building in 1964. It was famously reported that 38 neighbors saw everything that happened through their windows that overlooked the entrance to the building, and not one person called the Police.
But what really happened?
