Homeless housing are being built from the ground up and their are millions of people supposedly on waiting lists to be placed. But what the Homeless doesn't know doesn't mean the entire building will fill homeless people. Even the new Los Angeles mayor Karen Bass recently purchased the former Mayfair Hotel of 300 units the day after her election. The Mayfair was used apart of the COVID-19 and had over $20 million dollars in renovations. The Homeless were no longer housed their after the pandemic. There is a huge profitable ROI on the Homeless community. The Homeless is used as prospects to lease to but many do not get in New homes based on criteria they put in place which mean after waiting a couple years they won't be a good prospect to house. So, the Homeless that will be willing to take Real Estate classes and become a Real Estate agent and broker and Real Estate developer should. They should consider going on these government websites and get approved $80 million dollars for affordable housing.
