00:12:53 – Managing Soybeans for Increased Protein:  K-State crop production specialist Ignacio Ciampitti talks about a multi-university research project he's leading, which is looking at approaches to soybean crop management that could result in higher protein content in the marketable product...part of that work centers on improving nitrogen availability to the soybean plant during the growing season.
