Mel Fisher is the organiser of the successful Zero Waste Goods Markets. She hosted her first market last Christmas and I was lucky enough to be one of the brands involved. Since then Mel has partnered with the iconic Spitalfields Market in London and launched her Eco Founders Club. Mel aims to help connect eco entrepreneurs with conscious consumers.
