This week's threat is "The Real Deal"! Last week's explosion caused the monoliths to open a strange rift in the Lighthouse, and it's letting another dimension leak into our world and manifesting everyone's fears into reality. Fitz thinks he can hold it back, but it may involve someone sacrificing themselves to do it. Of course all the agents volunteer, but Coulson knows it's his duty to play the hero. But when he passes out, the secret of his failing health is revealed to everyone. While they're understandably upset, they know there's still a job to do.
