Jake Denburg moved from the United States to Guatemala in the early 1980s. An artist with a cooking background, he has become one of Central America's top flavor engineers. With the renowned Jakes Restaurant, located in Zone 10 of Guatemala City for more than 34 years, he has become a local icon and his restaurant has is known for food and service that is second to none in Guatemala!
