Do we need need a Bishop? Some might argue that as we fall into a pit of moral decline their has never been a more important time to have the moral and spiritual guidance the Bishop provides. Others would suggest that changes in society and community mean that organised religion is very much yesterday’s news. With our current Bishop stepping down this year Joney Faragher MHK is hoping to gain Tynwald support to remove the Bishop from Tynwald. Does she have a good case? Does Tynwald still need moral guidance?
