Grace Folias first entered the world of Real Estate when she was hired as a Personal Assistant for a Real Estate Broker 7 years ago. Following this position, she became the Director of Agent Services at Keller Williams where she was able to sharpen her project management skills and was the “go-to girl” for all of the agents in the office for marketing, technology, and social media. Her strong online presence and understanding of social media algorithms ensures that her listings get promoted to hundreds of thousands of potential buyers across multiple platforms. Grace also has a background in Interior Design and Home Staging. She knows what home buyers are looking for in terms of style, floor plans, colors, trends, but more importantly, how to make it happen.
