Andrew Iremonger, runs a small real estate team, the Emerald Group (www.EmeraldGroupHomes.com). This is the second team that he has built from scratch. The Emerald Group currently consists of 6 Agents and 4 Admin Staff. 3 of our Admin Staff are overseas, 1 of them is here locally. They are on target for a bit over 200 sales in 2022, around $68 million in volume and $1.5m in total GCI. In 2021 The Emerald Group did 148 Transactions, about $49 million in volume and a bit over 1.1 Million in total GCI. In 2020 they had 3 Agents and 2 Admin, they did 103 Transactions, about $33 million in volume with about $750,000 total GCI. In 2019 Andrew had split up with his previous Business Partner and restarted, The Emerald Group 2.0. The last full year of the original Emerald Group had 4 Agents and 2 Admin, we did 156 Transactions, for $44 million in volume and about $! million in GCI.
