Jim Banks is a Republican Congressman from Indiana. He has also just put his hat into the race for Republican Study Committee Chairman. Jim serves on the Armed Services and Education committees in Congress. Jim and Jim Pfaff have been friends for many years which makes this a fun and interesting discussion.
