The state fair announced they’re doing something called the “State Fair Necessities”. This is the first announcement from the initiative. The goal is to bring the fair favorites to people even though the actual fair isn’t happening this year.
You can get the cream puffs at the state fair grounds during what would’ve been the dates of the fair, August 6th – 16th. The better news is that on August 10th to the 12th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. you can get the fair snack at Festival Foods in the Appleton, Kenosha, and Madison areas.
