Fox Demo Farms Project: New Rules

USDA's Risk Management Agency announced last week that now farmers only have to wait until September 1st to graze or bale their prevented plant acres. We tried to reach out to USDA and get an interview, but that didn't work as well as we were hoping. Instead we got our questions answered through email. Here's our little Q&A about the new rules and why they were put in place.
