With everything that's been going on in agriculture around the world lately, stress levels from farming are at an all time high. That's why a few ag organizations came together with Michigan State University Extension and the University of Illinois Extension to help out.

They created an online farm stress management course called the Rural Resilience Training Course. The best part is that the course is available now and it's free!

We heard from Todd Van Hoose, the CEO of the Farm Credit Council, the American Farm Bureau President, Zippy Duvall, and the National Farmers Union VP of Advocacy, Mike Stranz. All three of these men recognize the importance of mental health and dealing with stress from the agriculture industry. Holding stress in and not talking about it is one of the worst things you can do for yourself.

The course takes about 4 to 5 hours and you can do a little at a time or do it all in one sitting, up to you. Check out the course here!
