The latest AFTN Soccer Show is out for another packed show of Vancouver Whitecaps, MLS, and international football chat.

It felt like it may never happen again, but we've finally got another Whitecaps win to talk about! We pick over the bones of Vancouver's 2-1 come from behind win over the LA Galaxy on Saturday night. A game that ended an eight match winless run. We chat about all the highs and the lows, look ahead to the Houston game on Tuesday, talk incoming additions, and hear from head coach Marc Dos Santos.

Looking around the rest of MLS, we talk about Toronto and Montreal returning back home to play games in Canada and what Vancouver can learn from them, we round up all the weekend's action in the Western and Eastern Conferences, the sacking of Gabriel Heinze in Atlanta, and we hear from Atlanta United's Darren Eales and Carlos Bocanegra about the decision.

Moving onto the international stage, we turn our attention the Gold Cup. Canada have made the quarter-finals despite losing a closely fought affair with the US. Wee look back at that game and the road ahead, and hear the thoughts of both head coaches, Canada's John Herdman and America's Gregg Berhalter on the growing rivalry between the two sides.
