Expat city planner laments Perth's 'dire and grim' urban access

Sydney-based government strategic planner and Perth expat Patrick Hay has some strong words to share on Perth's pathways - particularly those that disappear into nothingness.

Traditionally a common obstacle to pedestrian travel, the multitude of paths to nowhere as well as the lack of shade and roundabouts "where the traffic flows forever" are all drawbacks to Perth's attraction to outsiders.
