Happy New Year!! We know it's been a minute since we had a new episode, as we were mentally, physically and spiritually recharging for this new year! I had to hold down the fort solo as Bobo continues to live her BEST life, but she'll be back soon!
I had the pleasure of being with Renata Ngaiza, my very dear friend studying Anthropology at the New School. We discussed how our relationship came to be, why taking time off school might be the best decision for your overall health and why its SO important to be introspective.
