Meet Fr. Toussaint Kafarhire Murhula S.J, a Jesuit priest from the DRC who also happens to be a political scientist and by belief and practice also a womanist, desiring and championing for women's dignity, participation and equity in society and church.

We hear about his motivation to study political science and how that compliments theology  and our faith life rather than contradicts it. Explaining also what the true definition of politics is, a broader reality than the narrow definitions we apply tp it.

Fr. Toussaint shares his admiration for Pope Francis and his pastoral decisions and also his hopes and dreams for our continent. He also exhorts us and reminds us that it is our mandate to engage with all things i.e. politics, that contribute to the betterment of society.
