The Included Podcast has been designed as a tool to bring the practice of inclusion into the forefront of how we do business.

This episode explores letting go of the need to understand those who are different to us. Roy proposes interesting alternatives: trust and, automatic belief in others and in their experiences as shared. They discuss privilege and is and how this lies in contrast to the emotional work that those who do not fit traditional categories of privilege have to do to show up in the world. The call to action is repurposing privilege and use it to create access and more space for those whose voices in that context are not automatically legitimized.
