In this episode I interview Brenden Kumarasamy, an expert in all things communication and public speaking. Brenden started the Youtube channel 'MasterTalk' nearly 2 years ago with the goal of helping as many people as possible master the art of public speaking and communication.

Brenden has grown this Youtube channel over 5k subscribers in under 2 years. He started with a $0 budget and no equipment and has shown that he has high quality content and a working Youtube growth strategy. He talks about what kind of things he focused on to grow his channel so fast in this episode.

Due to COVID, Brenden was forced to pivot and find another stream of income after all of his speaking engagements were canceled. He turned to coaching and he has made more money from coaching this year, than he made speaking last year. He attributes this to his positive mindset about life and his ability to always find an opportunity no matter how negative the situation seems.

For someone that is so young, Brenden has a unique motivating force. The idea that you never know when your life is going to end, so you MUST get the most out of every day! He dives into some motivation strategies that he uses to get work done quickly in this episode.
