Day one of the stop overeating your #1 craved food is here!

There are strong  psychologic and physiologic reasons we crave certain foods at night and we end up overeating.

We get a big hit of happy feelings from certain foods because we get a big rush of dopamine after eating that food

That’s why we especially crave sugar or refined carbohydrates in these situation because the brain get’s that biggest dose of that feel good hormone

That’s where those cravings come from and when you understand that your body is having a physiologic response and that is what is driving the cravings, we can accept our bodies for behaving the way it is intended,  then we can look at breaking this process in a much more matter of fact, less emotional way
