It is usually this time of year that I get really tired.  It seems like so many things seem to pile up like supporting my kids at their games, getting them to practices, their school work load seems to be peaking, not to mention there are no scheduled says off at work for a really long stretch of time.  I’m grateful for all these blessings and I love supporting my kids in all of their activities, but I get tired.  And I feel like time is so short.  So, how do I stay healthy and maintain all the exercise and healthy eating routines when time is short and I’m a little worn out?  That’s what this episode is all about.
