070 What is a growth vs fixed mindset and why does it matter?

If you read about creativity online at all you’ll likely have seen the terms “growth mindset” and “fixed mindset”. But they are often presented in terms of creativity in business, which means to a person like myself that pursues my creative passions as a hobby or side gig, we may have glossed over the buzzwords thinking they don’t apply to us. In fact, they are SUPER relevant, possibly even more so to us than in business! Let me explain why!
