062 Celebrating small victories and Zoink’s Challenge

As we are chasing our dreams, it’s important to remember the importance of celebrating the small victories.

Small victories are those things that we often just brush right past because they aren’t a “big deal”. But it’s very important to be present enough to recognize the fact that we DID accomplish something, no matter how big or small it may seem. 

 

I’ve come up with a challenge of sorts for you, we’re calling it “Zoink’s Challenge” as a throwback to the previous episode. 

 

The idea is simple:

Set one goal for yourself at the start of each week. Something you can accomplish within that one week period. 
Write the goal down and at the end of the week(or whenever you hit that goal during the week) make a brief note about how things went with hitting that goal. You don’t have to get super detailed, just some info about any pitfalls or particular successes that you may have had while hitting that goal.

At the end of the year you’ll have a book full of FIFTY TWO goals that you smashed in the last year! Talk about motivation to keep going!
