#6: Oldboy

In 2003,  a South Korean action thriller film was released.  It was co-written and directed by Park Chan-wook.   This film follows Oh Dae-Su, who is locked in a hotel room for 15 years against his will.  During his time in confinement, he learns that his wife has been murdered and he is the main suspect.  Just before escaping, Dae-Su is sedated, hypnotized and wakes up on a rooftop dressed in a suit.  After his release, he searches for the truth about who and why he was held, hostage.  It's a classic story of Vengence and Truth, all locked into a full out adventure.  On this podcast, we will dig into the mystery behind the film, while still trying to hold on to our own sanity.  Come with us and explore this classic film!
