2 Samuel 2:1 - It happened after this that David inquired of the LORD, saying, "Shall I go up to any of the cities of Judah?" And the LORD said to him, "Go up." David said, "Where shall I go up?" And He said, "To Hebron."

And now, Admonition, brought to you by the Collierville Church of Christ.
We read in 2 Samuel 2 in verse 1 that after the death of Saul David is going to do something. We read Verse one.
It happened after this that David inquired of the Lord saying, Shall I go up to any of the cities of Judah? And the Lord said to him, Go up.
David when he's trying to decide what to do, inquired of the Lord, and we need to learn that lesson in our own lives.
We need to learn that before we make big decisions and small ones, we should pray and seek God's guidance.
