Coach Blu interviews Linda Quirk, a dedicated triathlon and marathon competitor for years. Most recently completing the Badwater 135 ultramarathon last month.

She has raised funds for the addiction treatment center that helped her stepdaughter overcome her meth addiction by running a marathon on each of the seven continents in less than a year. She ran the Boston Marathon, on the Great Wall of China, in Kenya, Easter Island in South America, the Reykjavik Marathon in Iceland, the Samsung Melbourne Marathon in Australia and the Antarctica Marathon.

Linda shares some great insight for family memebers of addicts and how to help but not enable them and most importantly show unconditional love.
