It's easy to fall in love. But how often does that love last? On today's one on one with coach blu and Marissa they discuss ways to build relationships. Today's topic was Learning to Love. Blu and Marissa discuss the three stages of love which are; falling in love, falling out of love, and learning how to love and be loved.

They share the importance of loving yourself and loving others. As human beings it is vital to have relationships and connection to be able to have a strong fulfilling life. Relationships need honesty, respect, communication and love. Relationships can be so complex, and there are many questions to consider. What makes a relationship last? Sometimes, you have to fall in love with yourself. Things change when you fall out of love with someone else, and when you learn to love the world again--you begin healing, whether it's through addiction recovery or mental health issues. And you start understanding yourself better, which lets you know what relationships are possible.

All of these questions and more, will be answered in this podcast. This podcast was one of my most popular topics on relationships, and for a good reason. Hopefully, you'll find some answers to your challenges with regard to relationship skills.
