She joined Fannie Mae in April 2000 and helps support transactional data standards and implementation activities for customer-facing applications. Denise is an experienced product management professional with expertise in driving large-scale, strategic, complex transformation projects from concept to implementation.

About Thomas Sitzler

-       Senior Manager at Actualize Consulting with over 30 years of experience. He brings knowledge of Credit Risk Analysis, Asset Management, Servicing Functions, and Single- and Multifamily Lending to the Actualize team. He maintains a high level of development and implementation of policies and procedures for auditing and maintaining Multifamily Seller/Servicer compliance.
