An exciting way to see Europe is by bike!  Today, we cycle along the beautiful Danube river from Passau to Vienna (and you can bike all the way to Budapest!).  It's all downhill, making it a fairly easy adventure.  You can do this trip self-guided, where your luggage is transported to each evening's lodge for you, or you can go on a boat and bike tour so you only unpack once since you stay on the boat that is sailing down the Danube along with you.
