Lisa M. Billingham is an inspirational writer, speaker, and medium on a mission to help 1 million people be themselves.
Being diagnosed with stress, anxiety, and depression in 2011 and having low self-esteem for most of her life, feeling worthless and lost, Lisa has tried and tested many ways to build herself up to become the confident lady she is today. She inspires others around her to be themselves, live their lives their way, and not be afraid of changing direction and cutting anything out of their lives that doesn't bring them joy, including people and things.
Lisa loves working with humans who want to live a life they truly love. She loves it even more when she can see that working with her, whether it's short-term, long term or just from reading her books has made a difference, and she's pleased to say her first book, Katie A New Chapter, her novel based on her life experiences, has also helped to save a life.
