Meet Becca Tebon, an inspirational health and wellness leader, eager to share her journey around personal growth and her long path to growing into business mastery. After decoding her own health crisis' and over the span of nearly 40 years, Becca has been on a transformational journey, developing an unstoppable mindset and overcoming congenital diseases — pulmonary, digestive, and skeletal. Becca is a proud, divorced, and single mom of three young women and is devoting her life to empowering women to claim their inner strength as the cornerstone to a happy journey.
In this upbeat and frank conversation, you’ll hear about her transformation but also about the resources she has created to help others get healthy both in body, mind and spirit. Not only does Becca share details about her incredible business, ( a library of over 250 exercises, the “17 minute workout” routines, the powHERbands system, retreats, a plant-based diet book) and her encouraging, non-shame based life and health coaching. Learn how Becca’s work promotes sacred forgiveness of others and ourselves, along with seasoning everything with gratitude, which she believes is the missing piece many overlook while seeking a healthy, happy, and vibrant body and mind.

Some highlights include:
“And I've helped so many people de-clog themselves of the pain in their body, an example is taking the toxins and cleaning out their gut system and their digestive system.”

“I missed 20% of my elementary school year as I always felt like I was not as smart. I had reading problems. I have learning problems. I have dyslexia, I had pimples. I was tall and dorky. You know, I felt so out of place in my body and in my mind growing up. So, it really wasn't even until I got divorced that I started actually putting the pieces together.

“If we just stop and listen and understand who we are, why we're here, the rest of it is kind of fun and easy. It's not easy, but it's definitely fun. And the adventure continues.

Ladies, you have to love yourself. First and foremost, you need to look in the mirror and say I love you. You can say I'm sorry, I did this. It's okay.

So having a now button, having a way to get away from the negative thoughts is a very important tool that you should put into your toolbox. Because we all are programmed to have that shadow effect that negative conversation.
