Hey guys , In this podcast you are going to find the most practical way of dealing with your drainage of focus or energy on the later parts of your day .I recently found some working solutions on this problems ,and then am present here to share them with you , my friends .I am here to tell you how you can maintain your energy and focus throughout the  day when you want to focus .I had given you the idea of meditating for 5 minutes just before that work or study session and exercise 20 push ups or pull ups just  before that study or work session and if you are in office suit then you can practice simple plank also .The meditation will help you in maintaining your focus and the exercise will help you bump your energy .You may also eat some fruits to get energy but tea or coffee are not the good choices ,reason is discussed in the podcast .
