Adonis Lockett and Sean Herron started the LNH Capital debt Fund because they needed to be in more control over how they deploy money with banks closing and  shrinking leverages and credit lines.  LNH Capital is a 506(C) Debt Fund with a current raise of $100 million.

Adonis Lockett is the Principal of a national real estate Investment firm and real estate brokerage called Lockett In Global Solutions, Principal at LNH Capital, a national private money lending company, and Chairman of myRE360 which is a proptech startup that serves as an education portal and marketplace for real estate investors.

As the Principal Operator of all 3 companies, Adonis has grown the enterprise to employing over 45 employees and contractors and has facilitated over $500M of closed real estate transactions between all 3 businesses.


Sean Herron has held the role of Chief Operations Officer of RE360 Enterprises, a real estate eco system that focuses on private money lending, investment fund management, real estate investment, management and land development. Additionally, Sean is the COO at LNH Capital.
