How to receive criticism

I am a corporate employee with an entrepreneurial mindset.

If and when you receive criticism there are two ways to accept it, firstly negatively or secondly positively.

Lots of people only hear criticism negatively but I offer that this is a way to grow and be a better employee. This can also be a good way to prove someone wrong. Criticism can be the fire in your belly. Don't underestimate these feelings for good
