To provide additional support and resources, we invited Matt Ogawa, the Vice President of HR Business Partners at Meta Inc., to help shed some light on the other side of the layoffs conversation. He’s also involved in many facets of the API community and is the Executive Advisor for Meta’s API resource group. Having been on both sides of the layoff process, he knows how difficult these situations are for impacted employees.
